We are a community of creative individuals who like to “make things.” Things like electronics devices, computer based games, “internet of things,” engineered mechanical projects, tools, or visual art. We enjoy getting together, sharing, and combining the skills that we have each learned through our education and careers in order to help make bigger and better things than we could on our own.
Our home is the Suncoast Science Center at 4452 Beneva Rd, Sarasota, FL 34233 where we meet every Thursday Open Night between 6:00pm and 9:00pm.

Suncoast Science Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational consortium dedicated to the enrichment of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) in our community. Our goal is to supplement public and private education with a science center that stimulates curiosity and supports hands-on learning. We bridge the gap between what schools provide and the knowledge necessary to meet the significant demand for STEM professionals. We partner with school boards, parents, businesses, and universities to encourage all children to be their best and brightest selves.
The Faulhaber Fab Lab is a non-profit digital fabrication lab where students, teachers, hobbyists, entrepreneurs, business owners, retirees, inventors, or anyone with curiosity and a tinkering spirit can make their ideas come to life.www.suncoastscience.org
We have a very close relationship with the Suncoast Science Center. In addition to using Faulhaber FAB LAB as our home base we support the wider educational and community goals of Science Center through our activities. We believe we can best do this by:
